HTWELVE Refund & Return Policy

Made Just for You

Every HTWELVE piece is 3D-printed and made-to-order the moment you hit "purchase." This means each item is crafted specifically for you! Because of this bespoke process, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Shipping Mishaps

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but we know things can occasionally go wrong during transit. That’s on us! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us at hello@htwelve.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us speed things up, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Depending on stock availability, we will happily provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

The Process

Once our team has inspected and approved the photos of the defect, we’ll be in touch to finalize the solution.

  • Returns: We may require the faulty unit to be sent back to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 3–5 business days for payment processors to reflect this in your account.

Exclusions

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through htwelve.com or at our official pop-up stores. If you purchased an HTWELVE product through one of our stockists or consignment partners, please refer to their specific return policies.
